Fertility

I began going to Ciara in April/ May of 2022. Initially, I didn't know much about homeopathy, I was having fertility issues, and a friend of mine recommended Ciara. I reached out, and at first, I didn't know how I felt about it, but the moment I met her, I knew I was in a safe space. I wasn't in a good place mentally, but as I began taking remedies I could feel the shift in my mood and I start feeling good. I had an open mind about the whole process, and as Ciara reminded me, if my body wasn't looked after and felt safe, how was it going to carry a baby. I had also been told my egg count was very low, and my chances of conceiving were very, very slim. I continued taking remedies and just found a massive difference in myself. My amh levels were retested, and they had gone up.

Fast forward to October, I fell pregnant with my son. I took remedies throughout my whole pregnancy. After I had my baby they found a fibroid on my womb wall. After a consultation with ciara she sent me out remedies and one was to help me with the fibroid. I went for an ultra sound 9 months after they found it, and it was gone. I can not thank Ciara enough for all she has done for me and helped me the last 2 years. She is amazing at what she does and is so open and honest throughout every appointment.

I injured my MCL in my knee at football training and was in quite a bit of pain with it. C- Section Recovery

I received remedies from Ciara for my Cesarean section recovery. I began taking the remedies 5 days post surgery, and the benefits were almost instant. Water retention and swelling reduced greatly within the first 2 days of taking them which was very obvious to see.
My body has healed very well in the last 4 weeks, still have 2 weeks to go…and I haven’t felt the need to reach for the prescribed painkillers I was given, as much I thought I would.

As I said to Ciara for comparison purposes, I had a very small abdominal surgery last year, and the healing from that was a lot more difficult and painful than this C-section healing (and also without a newborn to look after!) The only difference I can think of was that I was taking the remedies for this surgery.

Ciara has been in regular contact to see how I’m feeling and is always at hand to answer any questions or listen to whatever is coming up for me during the course of remedies.
